World Wide Shipping
We ship worldwide, however, if you live somewhere under the imposition of United Nations sanctions or resides in a nation at war; we may have trouble shipping to you. For out-of-the-way destinations, shipping costs may be higher and delivery time may be delayed.
Shipping Charges
All of our products are free shipping by EMS/DHL/TNT UPS. But if you want to choose other shipping methods you can contact our customer service, and also you need to pay for the extra shipping fee. They will calculate the shipping fee for you. Of course the shipping fee is decided by the destination and methods.
Delivery Time
Usually we will ship out your order within 12-24 hours. And it takes 5-7days on the way depending on destination.
Tracking Your Order
We will send you a tracking number when we ship your order and you can track your order based using the methods applicable to your shipping method (i.e. Entering tracking number on EMS website, etc.) You can start tracking after 2-3 days of receiving your tracking number.
How Do You Exchange Your Order?
If you want to exchange a product, please email us and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions. The goods can be exchanged under the circumstances of unused and in the original condition with all the original packaging and labels. When returning an item for an exchange, please ensure that your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated.
We strongly recommend that you use traceable shipping. If your goods lose on the way, you can trace the shipping company. For overseas orders this process sometimes can take up to 30 days.
The Procedure of Return
We would replace/repair the products at no cost to the customers in the occasional event of manufacturing faults. If you want to return an item, please email us and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions. Goods must be returned unuesd and contain all the original packaging and labels. After receiving the return goods, we will refund your payment according to specific situation.
Insurance
Over 99% of the items will be delivered safely. You don't need to pay extra money for the insurance, the shipping company will be responsible for all the items they undertake. In case your item get lost or damaged, we will be responsible for half of the loss.
